The buffet was surprisingly really good. We were not expecting such a nice breakfast. We came down around 10 and everything was fresh and delicious. There was a good offering of different breakfast fare. I was really impressed. The server as well as the chef were both absolutely lovely and the dining area was so nice and relaxing. The only request would be to make the bacon crispy. It was cooked but it was soggy, but that is just a personal preference. I would still come back a million times over.

Location is good and close to highway. Room is very clean and beds are comfortable. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, always tried to make sure our stay is pleasant.

The staff at Hilton was excellent. We had an issue with our bed in the room, but they not only moved us to a different room, but also upgraded it. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was excellent. Thank you, Hilton, for your exceptional service.

The hotel was very very clean, the lobby was also extremely clean and had lots of space for people to sit and still be social distancing. The room was very clean and nice and nice newer large bathroom. The restaurant area is very large and they had a nice buffet breakfast. They checked for vaccine proof. The hotel was very quiet at night even with many hockey teams and other guests staying. You could not hear road traffic or elevators or toilets flushing. I think it was one of the quieter hotels I have ever stayed at. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Complimentary bags of ice in the lobby. Chocolate chip walnut cookies whenever you like from front desk!! Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Every, single, one. Actual glassware in the rooms. Nice pool, restaurant downstairs was nice as well. Very close to science centre to take kids and about 15 minutes from west Edmonton mall.

The room was very spacious and the bathroom was neat and clean. We loved the breakfast. Loads and loads of food and variety. we will be visiting here again. Thank you so much for all the service. The best part was the hot cookies when you check-in.

we had an evening at the dinner theatre. the access to it through the hotel was great! it was lovely to stay in the hotel and not have to go outside. we were only there one night but will definitely consider staying again!

Vincent went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. After the bad treatment we endured at The Hilton Garden Inn The Double Tree more than made us feel welcome.

We've stayed in many hotels and they all have many small lights shining and many sounds that can hinder a sound sleep at night. like the fridge, thermostat, tv monitor. The heater or/A/C fan, but our room didn't. Small BUT important details.
